We work with architects, interior designers, lighting designers, M&E consultants, fire engineers, accessibility consultants, main contractors, project managers, and the project electrician. We attend design team meetings, issue documentation to the M&E consultant, and respond to design queries throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation is issued in formats that align with the rest of the design team's output: drawings, schedules, integration matrices, and control philosophy documents.

A KNX systems integrator takes ownership of the automation scope on a project. That includes defining the control philosophy, producing the design documentation, coordinating with the wider design team, procuring and programming the hardware, managing the on-site installation, commissioning the system, and providing long-term support. The integrator is accountable for how the system performs across its lifecycle, not just at handover.
Standard Baulogic is a productised KNX offer. The system is pre-configured, delivered to the project electrician, and installed to a repeatable specification. Bespoke is consultancy-led and designed per project. Design and consultancy are paid scope, the installation is managed on site by Baulogic alongside the project electrician, and the six-in-one service continues through commissioning, maintenance, and support after handover.
Bespoke is the right service when a design team is already appointed, when the automation scope includes non-standard third-party integrations, when the project is listed, heritage, or architecturally complex, or when the client or operator expects documented design and a named engineer through to handover. Projects that fit a known specification without design team overhead are usually better served by the standard Baulogic offer.
Yes. Design and consultancy are agreed as paid scope at proposal stage. Fees are quoted per project and reflect the size of the build, the complexity of the integration, and the level of design team coordination required. This is how the rest of the design team is engaged, and it brings the automation specification to the same level of design rigour as the wider project.

Its open protocol means the system is not tied to a single manufacturer, giving the specifier freedom to choose from more than 8,000 certified devices across around 500 manufacturers. KNX is hardwired, which supports long-term reliability across long hold periods, and the standard has a track record spanning multiple decades. For projects where long lifecycle, vendor independence, and integration breadth matter, KNX is usually the right choice.
Every Bespoke installation is connected and supported by Baulogic through the agreed aftercare period. The client and design team receive an as-installed documentation pack, and named engineer access is available for remote diagnostics and on-site support.
